Will my kadabra and machoke from firered evolve into alakazam and machamp when I transfer the to Pal park?

No, it's a simple transfer, not a trade. Training them a little more should make them evolve. If you want to let them evolve faster, trade them with a trustworthy friend (some people are known to keep traded Pokemon), and trade back.

no because it is transfering and it is not trading. the only thing you can do is trade with you friend and trade back.
