software with good effects?

is there a software to make it look like as if you have super power or using sand or with real good software to have cool effects

A lot of pro's use Photoshop, which is not a free software. You can download a 30 day trial at http://www.adobe.com under the download section.

There is also a free program called Paint.net, which allows you do do some effects. Check it out at: http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html

Lastly, there is no program that'll magically add superpower effects or anything like that. It's all based upon your own artistic skills, and you have to learn how to add it yourself. A good way to start learning is through tutorials, and step by step guides.
