Most of the 2k7 sports titles are still online as well as Socom 3 and Socom Combined Assault. I believe you can also play Metal Gear Solid as well online.

Only one I know for 100% certainty is Final Fantasy XI, but finding a working copy of Final Fantasy Xi and the hard drive for the PS2 is not easy.
