Where can I get the H-town album?

the one that was recorded right before the lead singer "Dino" died in 2003? I just saw on some website that they actually put songs together..but I went on different sites and can't find it. Not talking about Fever for Da Flavor or Beggin After Dark...I couldn't find the name of the newer cd that was released in 2004

You can buy it online at this website. Imitations Of Life is the name of the album.
