That's so individual. Depends on the age of the people. Depends on the relationship and how loving and mature it is. Depends on the reason why sex is no longer an active part. Depends on alot of different things.

Yes, it depends on the couple, but it also depends on the reason the sex has stopped or isn't a part of the mix. If one partner feels shut out, the marriage won't last very long. It will definitely be over even if the couple continues to live in the same house.

that depends a whole lot on how good the marriage is. If you have a troubled marriage then no sex it won't last long till someone leaves. If you have a STRONG marriage you get along are connected and something occurs where sex is out you can always still be intimate you don't need penetration to be sexual. If you don't get along don't have sex do everyone involved a favor and leave.

ours is sexless for the past 8 months or so coz i'm pregnant and at first my husband was afraid to do it with me then we did try a few times 2 months back and it was uncomfortable for me. so now we just mutual masturbate sometimes or fantasize about having sex after child birth and 6 weeks of periods (that's another 3 months) almost a yr without sex yikesss\\\ edit: our marriage is in danger when we have lots of arguments or fights over different issues. but we've had many bouts of sexless periods in our married life in the last 7 yrs and i don't think it has mattered as long as we are both romantic with each other and respectful/ loving with each other. so i think marriage can survive without sex as long as you 're both on the same page about it

what makes you think that your partner isn't having sex? you may be the one who is left out. Just a possibility. I may be in the same boat as you. I am very sexual and my wife and I have always had great sex, then it started to diminish. According to the poll here on Yahoo Answers, 95% of my respondants said that she was cheating. Either way I look at it, I have some decisions to make. Good luck and investigate what your gut tells you.

If it is my marriage sex is very crucial in having a long, loving, caring marriage...Believe me some will say that sex is a small part in a marriage.. making love with the one you love does so much for your self esteem, over all health and happiness....that you need and want it with your lover all the time...

Thank God we've never had this problem but I learned through a close friend if you're doing it less than once a mo--- relationship experts consider this a major indicator of a split/divorce within 12 mos or less. Better figure out what the prob is & get hot on rollin' in the covers.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/u69I2

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

I happen to know a couple who have been together for close to 12 years now...Married and they have never had sex... I have another friend who is dead from the neck down, she and her husband have not had sex since her accident 15 years ago. Guess it depends on the people.

It's not a marriage if there isn't sex. It can be annulled and legally afterward it never existed at all. And I wouldn't want to stay in a marriage without sex.
