Watch out for the announcement/advt. in the media: then, follow instructions therein, to obtain the application form(s): fill out, send, get the admittance to the exams (hall tkt!): go the 'centre', appear for exams; (do well!): get called for the interview; (do well!): select the service you want to do (IAS, IFS, etc.): do the training (do well!). And, there you are, serving the country as a beurocrat!
