The technique is easily accomplished on any guitar including any acoustic guitar. If you are talking about the style of pinched harmonics as made famous by Z Z Top's Billy Gibbons, there are some things you can do to make the technique easier.

Gain!
Extreme preamp gain is the easiest way to make these harmonics jump out loudly. If you want a cleaner tone yet still want the harmonics, use your bridge pickup and try a compressor. Compression is one of the main elements of high-gain sounds. It helps otherwise weak harmonics to be as loud as other notes.

Choke up on your pick, use the bridge pup, crank the gain and squeal! Have fun!
