You haven't received any answers because you haven't restated the question clearly. Presumably because you never really understood the question. (And "the 2004 review book for us government and history" could be darned near anything!)
If so, that means you don't belong in whatever class this question is for. That's clearly NOT because you're lazy, silly, or stupid! I've just been reading your Answers to others' questions, and you're bright and sensible.
Nevertheless, you don't seem to have reached the reading level you need for the work in this class.
If you think I'm wrong--or right, for that matter!--talk to your classmates and your teacher about this question, and decide what's best for you to do. Maybe you only need a little extra help, or maybe you need so much that just forgetting about this class is your best option.
