H. We don't all have butler and maids

Well, now, see? You are stereotyping all us Americans through Fox News and Bill O'Reilly. We could get as mad at you for that as you do.
Every country has stereotypes by others. Its just easier for people to compartmentalize others that way. Its not right, but that's what society does.
I prefer to get to know people one on one, but that's just me.

all right, so what? most people i know have really high opinions of the british and their culture ... and just for the record, no one (normal) expects you to like tea and buttered crumpets served by smithers the butler while speaking the queen's english ! although this is how some brits are portrayed in movies, most people know this isn't true!
