What would you think if, a 12 or 13 year old set up some sort of stall at the end of your street! He was selling stuff like lemonade, water and oat bars!
Would you buy anything, and what would you think?
If you wouldn't buy anything, why?
Should he have something from the council to allow him to be there or not???
Thank-you

Well as long as he seems like a respectful boy that is nice to his customers, then I don't think there is any problem with that. He's being active at a young age to be productive and earn money, which is a good sign. I would check out his stall and if the food seems nice and he seems nice, then yeah be all for it... i would anyways. :)

Aww, i think that's lovely.
I'd buy from him, so long as he's not the local scrote. He's doing no harm, so i'd leave him be.
Mind you, i'm not sure if i'd consume any homemade stuff. Only shop bought things.

fair play to him for using his initative i say!!
As long as he is on his own property and not misleading people by lying, for example saying that its for charity, im sure that he is legally allowed to.
Budding entrapaneer (however you spell it lol) good on him at least he aint begging or thieving.
