People who do not do what they say they will or not being on time. But since you capitalized the word TOP then have no idea except my percent of best questioned answered just dropped a notch!! Infidelity. If one person doesn't love the person they are dating or married to, have the guts to tell them instead of getting together with other women. And having them mail you letters or calling you at work to tell you about the sex life they are having with your cheating spouse in your house and bed while you are at work. People can be dumb most times I didn't see it coming. The people are also dumb because they don't realize if they cheat with you they will cheat on you. But in the end it is ok because the 1st wife gets everything if she is smart to go after him loaded for bear with letters and reciepts and phone #'sof all the women he is involved with, just collect as much dirt on him as possible.

Call centre people who talk from a script
People who talk in the cinema
People who don't wash their hands after using the loo

in my personnal life- work collegues who dont pull their weight, crappy neighbours and kids who dont listen.
generally- s**t governments, police not doing their jobs properly,rain,rubbish everywhere,following oap's in fast cars going 25mph,ppl who jump queues,global warming, dodgy wars, and not being paid enough xx
