Every day I have 1-3 cups of coffee in the morning
I have 3-5 sodas
I can't even count the chocolate I have
and 2 lollypops

Too much sugar for a 19 year old?

Yes, you need to cut down on your selections. Especially on the sodas, drink more water. And skip the lollipops and cut down on chocolate, try fruit and popcorn.

ya that is way too much may you should try to cut back a little maybe one cup of coffee a day thats what i do if any. and as for the soda try to drink none.

No...Just try to drink more water. I've been drinking a 2 liter a day for years and I'm still here

Heck with the sugar. You're suffering from too much blood in your caffeine system!

Not really..

I'm 14 and I eat LOTS of chocolates and Ice Cream every midnight...

if you evenly space it out not really the but soda's and coffee need to go cause caffeine is a diuretic and over time dehydrate you and in the end cause skin and eventually kidney problems.

yep, cut out the sodas drink water, powerade, vitamin water, orange juice, etc. cut down on the chocolate

Yes that is too much sugar a day.Where are your veggies,milk etc. Too much of one thing is not healthily regardless of what it is

way too much, how about some water and some snacks that aren't pure sugar

definately too much. even if you are thin, that amount of sugar still puts you at risk for diabetes. cut back
