How do i teach myself to do a backhandspring on a trampoline by myself. I take gymnastics and i can do it with a spotter but im afriad i will break my neck on the trampoline or something. On my trampoline i can do front flips and a back drop, and front handsprings but not a backhandspring. I dont have anyone to spot me at home. Help!
