LMAO! I LOOOVE that you just called them 'dippy eggs' because thats what I call them too. I've never heard anyone call them that but my mom and I! LOL... that's how I like them too... with some nice lightly buttered toast!

I like scrambled, basted, poached, Benedict and hard-boiled... but I usually ask for over easy at a diner, because I like to sop up the yolk with a piece of rye toast.

I like my eggs with the whites firm and with the yolks still runny, dumped on top of a small bowl of buttery grits. Yum!
