my son, Chris. died of cancer when he was a baby

Ah, honey you have NO idea! I am far from home... yes. That I can manage. One of my *best of* friends (heart and soul and mind friend) may be moving before I get back. That is unbearable. I am missing him from a distance, and missing the potential absence of him (from a MUCH greater distance) all at the same time. I know I am being selfish... but I feel downright hollowed out.
I am drawn and quartered at the moment: happy/sad/ecstatic for him/miserable for both of us. My only consolation is that he is feeling the same way.

Yes. My kids just left for the summer to visit their father for 2 months and I'm really missing them so much. Also my Mom and Siblings. They all live on the other side of the U.S. and I haven't seen them in 2 1/2 yrs. :(

yes my children, i miss them all the time, 3 exs so i only have custudy of 1 the others live with there moms, and its not easy
