Other than both Paris and Princess Di are/were both tall, thin and blonde, the comparision ends there. Paris is not even in the same league as Princess Di.
When was the last time you heard in the news doing real charity and philanthropic work? The only time that publicity whore ever does anything is to promote herself.
Princess Di was a good role model for young girls, had class and always dressed tastefully. Paris Hilton has been arrested 3 times and continued to drive on her suspended license even after she was sentenced to jail, was in homemade porn and agreed to the distribution of it after Soloman gave her a cut of the profits and dresses like a two dollar hooker and would be any parent in their right mind's worst nightmare to have their daughter grow up to be "just like Paris".

Short answer - IMPOSSIBLE.
I am sincerely questioning the mental stability of ANYONE even thinking this.
Princess Diana is everything paris hilton wants to be, but is completely incapable of ever becoming.
Where Diana was a real, caring, loving person (not perfect, but who is?) i see paris as being shallow, spoiled, stupid - and for the life of me i cannot understand why a les-than-intelligent airhead like her is considered a celebrity - or why people are even fan of her.
What has paris hilton done in her life that shows she cares?
Shopped for a new gucci bag? Sorry, but i don`t believe this.
So, sorry, i can`t compare these two. Diana had class, style, and was real. paris has no class, no style (except follow the hype and fall for 'brand name marketing') and is fake all over.

Worst comparison ever. Diana was royalty, spent much of her time giving to charities and caring for two sons. Diana never did anything to disgrace herself or family. Hilton has done zero with her life other than to present herself as a spoiled party brat.
