From Kefalonia I know certainly that boats go to Ithaki, Lefkada and Zante.
Look at agni's page, like the fellow said above, and I hope you find something, but I am certain for the other islands, because they are much closer to Kefalonia than Corfu and from personal experience.

Kefalonia is a beautiful island...!Like others have told you, you can take a day trip to Ithaki the ferry boats leave from Fiskardo which i believe its a wonderfull place to visit. Plus there are many places in the island that u can visit which are very nice such as Myrtos beach, Down town Argostoli etc.

As someone already said you can fo to Ithaki and Lefkada for sure dont know about Zante.
Corfu is much further and a day trip will take long

Corfu (Kerkyra in greek) is too far for boat trip, but there should be a seaplane service operating this summer, AirSea lines. Not very expensive, and a bit different

Zante is right next to kefalonia. if you take a day trip you can see the famous ship wreck on zante and the blue caves.
