I've made a delicious tortellini salad with red and yellow peppers, carrots, broccoli, and homemade Cesar dressing. I'll serve it on a bed of Romaine lettuce. Top it with asiago cheese and pine nuts. Slightly chilled water to drink. Later, for dessert I'm serving peach ice cream with fresh sliced peaches. Before dinner, I'll set out a platter of sliced fresh fruit (watermelon and cantaloupe with blueberries to garnish). I'm having a few friends over, so I have PB&J if the kiddies aren't interested in my salad.

I had an early dinner on the beach it was beautiful...a nice tofu burger with chips & coke with grains of sands in between my toes and my hair smelling of salt water after my swim in the sea, the sounds of children playing in the water brought a smile to my face so that I didnt mind that much that I droped my burger on the sand!

It's beautiful outside so we are grilling out. Probably burgers or brats. Might have some sweet corn too. My husband doesn't like to eat outside on the patio so we'll just eat inside at the dining room table.

Well I have to work and I am a waitress so I will probably order something there. It depends on how much I make tonight if we are slow probably a free cheeseburger, If we are busy then maybe a filet or a chicken breast and veggies

We are having left overs that we brought home from EG Nicks in Brighton Michigan. Liver and onions which my husband had and barbecued ribs which I had. Makes for a more reasonable price to pay, when you get more than one meal out of what you pay. They always give you way more than you need!!

Boiling the boneless skinless chicken breasts with diced garlic and onion, chicken boullion, Goya Adobo con pimiento negro, Goya Sazon con azafran, cumin, and chilli powder. Thinking about adding some red beans and then rice.

I've had my eye on this cute black widow spider and you know how wasps like to eat spiders. It will be like a well done steak. Other than that I'll probably be on YA.
