start off eating very lightly such as: poached eggs, yogurt, soup, baked potatoes, bananas, toast, rice, chicken cooked without the skin and not fried, turkey and corn flakes. Keep the meals very small and have Her eat frequently, about every three hours. make sure she gets plenty of water throughout the day and night.

Ur spouse is discharged after appendectomy which means she has been sent residence. Sufferers who underwent surgical procedure will not be discharged from the hospital unless the sufferer will likely be able to tolerate full weight loss plan except for patients who have feeding tubes. My recommendation: Go forward and feed her anything. The health care professional wld have instructed U restrictions if ever there were some. Quite often, food plan is very selective for the period of the on the spot post op period. But at residence she cld devour some thing. Nonetheless, green leafy veggies and other high fiber foods like fruits are encouraged Take 2-three quarts of water everyday. This helps rather a lot in digestion and prevention of constipation.
