You know, you don't want to clean the dog crap and feed it, so you could rent one for the day to keep the kids entertained.

For the most part, the average middle class family cannot afford the cost involved in "Dog Rental". This poses an awesome opportunity for you Buk, to lower costs involved to allow more people to afford such a much needed service:

"Buk-a-roooo's K9 Kompany"

Guard Dog: $8/hr + $10/hr insurance + 1 sausage patty/hr
Child's Pet: $4/hr + 15/hr insurance + 3 sausage patties/hr
Walking Companion: $5/hr + $5 insurance, no sausage patty
Cat Ridder: Rid pesty cats in the neighborhood: FREE

Rental rates are subject to change. Upon signing agreement, renter enters into a legal binding contract under the terms and conditions of temporary ownership of the dog. Every dog's name is "Buk", and changing the name violates section 7 under the renter's contract, and will be subject to heavy fines, imprisonment, or both.

Actually it is not a bad idea. A family could "rent" a dog for a day, week, or month to see if they can live with or adopt a pet.

Too many animals get abandoned every day because someone grew tired of caring for the dog or cat.

It would be a better idea to rent a kid to keep the dog entertained.

yeah, but what would you charge to rent a dog??

while your at it, you could start a rental agency for grandparents....you hire old ppl to be 'grandparents', to keep the kids entertained....you dont have to clean their crap or feed them, either?

LOL

That's a great idea. Many animal shelters are actually set up around park-like settings so you can visit and walk the dogs. Some get adopted, but many don't. All of their care is in the hands of volunteers. Your idea is good and goes a step further.

Your city doesn't have that? I've been renting the same dog every day for the past 19 years. Do you have any suggestions what I should call him?

ROTFL, what's the international coming to. This place makes me loose all desire for human race some days. would not be shocked if canines stepped forward over human beings at this fee of decline, and we ended up with planet of the canines a while interior the destiny. heavily, i understand human beings try this, a foul canines, what a shame.

Hey Buk- I'll rent ya my dog, & I'll throw in my hubby for free. Take good care of my dog, Buddy. You can only have him for the day. (you can keep the man for as long as you want)

Because wouldn't kids just be attached to it? Well maybe not if they aren't really into dogs. But that would be a pretty good idea.
