Hanley Ramirez is showing he is a good ball player. However, I believe he comes up short in almost every category if you want to compare him to Reyes. Reyes has more speed, will hit for a higher average over several years, has a better throwing arm, has more range, And will have the same kind of power numbers down the road a few years. And the big plus for Reyes is that his up-side potential is virtually unlimited. Ramirez is very good but you are comparing him to the best.

i feel Hanley is going to way out distance Jose by the time there careers are over, Reyes is a great bat but he relies on his juice in them legs to much, he will run himself down in the dog days of summer Hanley is only going to get better and bigger and start hitting em a mile. so i feel they are comparable now, YES. But when all is said and done Hanley is going to be the better talent.

Yes. Hanley has hit more HR, Reyes has more SB.Other categories are similar. Both are fast without a lot of power.
