You'll probably get an answer from someone much more experienced than I...but, when I just configured my internet for SUSE 10.2 I had to manually enter the router address in the configuration screen. I think if you go into the terminal command and type "ipconfig" you'll get into the configuration prompt. Or, if suse is already loaded, right click on the network icon on lower right of screen and click on the connection configuration selection. You should get a screen with all the IP addresses and gateways listed. You also should be able to edit from there. The router adress for mine was on a sticker on the bottom of the unit (it will be something like 198.168.0.x). Enter that number when you edit. If suse hasn't detected anything, you may need to find out from your ISP what the numbers are. Someone will have a better answer for you, I hope. I just played around until i got it to work. Try, also, the open SUSE forums - you usually get great responses there.
