The best diet is a huge helping of your family n friends...a side order of laughter, and for dessert much kindness for yourself...oh, and make urself 2 grilled cheese sandwiches for your stomach....can't forget ur stomach! lol.

Deep Spiritual love. It is metaphysical chocolate for the soul. Chocolate for the stomach would be an excellent second choice by the way. Dark chocolate is the new health food and it tends to relieve anxiety and releases the same endorphins that your body releases when you run great distances or fall in love.

If those do not work, I would suggest that it is time to try and understand what is pressing so hard upon your heart so as to weigh it down. If you can determine the cause, you may already know a metaphorical lever you can push beneath it to pry it from your pinned down heart.

The only permanent solution is time of course. Time to put everything into perspective and balance the hurts against the blessings. We gain time by distracting ourselves. Sometimes we bury ourselves in work, sometimes we dedicate that time to helping others. Sometimes we simply lie to ourselves. Either we believe for a little while, or we get angry with ourselves for such a stingy little attempt to relieve our suffering. Either way, the blissful ignorance or the adrenaline from the anger carries us through the day, and gives us the thimbleful of perspective that each day affords us.

When your heart is heavy, the best diet is to be honest with yourself through journaling and with those who have caused the heartache. Once you're honest with yourself you can be even more honest with the person, the problem, and life, in general. After journaling, life always works out for me. I always feel a significant shift in my spirit. I feel more emotionally fulfilled and cleared of the invisible monkey that was on my back and my heart is cleared of heartache.

it depends..
if it's just slightly heavy heart (just feeling sentimental)
laughters & soothing music relaxes the muscle..
it's healthy to be nostalgic sometimes.. reminiscing..
if it's a moderately heavy heart (feeling gloomy)
a good company helps.. walking the dog..
hiking with a friend.. a family get 2gether..
if it's a seriously heavy heart (feeling miserable)
self analysis is needed.. best diet would be a retreat..

if symptoms persist, Consult the Love Doctor..
the heart may not be overweight.. but Broken.

no special diet can help.. but a change of HEART.

The sight of things growing, and clouds, or the sea breathing - or best of all children playing. At night, trees dancing to the stars. A glass of fresh cold water sipped slowly, remembering thirst. And of course, a familiar hug. Then food can wait.

i think u r in sad mood this day comes in everybody life no body can be happy 4 ever it is a reality of being in this world . everything will be alright just share with someone whom you find that he/sha can understand u. tell your problem and this will work or forget all bad moments and just remember the beautiful days that you have spend with your family or love

u need rich, creamy chocolate and/or ice cream..................on a soft sofa w/ ur legs up with ur fave music in the background. remove everything u feel is disturbing like shoes and just RELAAAAAAAAAX. just sit back and enjoy the moment. what ever the reason is for ur 'heaviness of heart' just forget about it. maybe if u call your friend it'll make u feel better!
