Alot of human beings have advised you to place oil or creams on your burn - do no longer! you may desire to run the burn decrease than cool (no longer chilly) water for extra or less 20 minutes, otherwise the burn worsens. If the burn occurred a mutually as in the past & its stinging, a slice of tomato does easily soothe the discomfort. Aloe Vera gel (clean from the plant) is okay to coach to the burn. do no longer prepare creams until eventually some days later while the burn is therapeutic - use some thing like Palmer's Coconut Butter to lessen scarring.

Take a small bowl and put an ice cube in it, then add cool water and soak your finger for 5-10 min. a few times today.

If it is really bothering you but not enough to seek medical treatment, go to the pharmacy and grab some burn cream.

Hope it gets better fast =)

In my experience, if you put some ointment on the burn and then bandage it to keep air from contacting the burnt area, it will hurt less. I think there are specialized Bandaids you can buy at the drug store for burns that do that.

It's not going to kill you, but it will sting for quite a while because it is continuing to burn. Finger under cold water for a while will help and there are burn creams in the shops, that will do the trick.

Run it under the cold tap for 10 minutes using a watch or clock , then cover it with a sterile dressing (dont use anything fluffy)

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that a wet teabag (cool) put on it will take the sting out immediately

ICE WATER IS THE KEY, EVEN THOUGH IT HURTS YOU NEED TO DO THIS TO PREVENT A BLISTER FROM FORMING.
YES, IT WILL BE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT SOMETIMES THINGS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOU ARE PAINFUL.
FYI THE COLD WILL NUMB THE PAIN.
