pH 10 (at pH 7 there are an equal amount of protons and OH- radicals.)

pH= log1/[H ] here [H ]=10^-3

pH =log1/10^-3 = log 10^3=3

[H+] = 10^-3
pH = -log10[H+]
therefore pH = 3
