I think it's great that people are showing concern and using an objective perspective (religious reasons on both sides were completely absent) to address this situation.
How do we get the two sides to accept it, though?

It's obvious what the jews are doing to the Palestinians! They won't be happy even if they had the entire territory of israel to themselves! They will push to expand into Lebanon, Syria,Jordan,and Egypt and call it greater israel! The world is fully aware what they're doing! There will come a time when they have to pay for their actions! And it will be soon!

There are also numerous reports documenting all the terrible things done to the Israelis. And the Israelis are not 'occupying' anywhere!
Any land they have now that wasn't theirs in 1948 was acquired during wars; wars started by Israel's hostile, huge, wealthy Arab neighbours! This is historical fact!
