Yes I do. I'm Welsh and am proud of being Welsh. I'm sure the same is true for Irish, Scots and English people.I think it's wrong to prevent the English people from declaring that they are English.

Odd - there is no nation state called Britain or England. Your country is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If you are answering a question of nationality the correct answer is that you a citizen of the UK. Uou can also be British, English, Yorkshire, Bradford or whatever - it depends on the question being asked ... but none of those is your nationality.
