When I do that it comes back to the same screne. I was able to open up my computer, physically. (Take the stop off). Is there anything I can do in there to fix the problem?

P.S I am not an expert

u have 2 press ctrl,alt and delete at the same time. u may need a new hardrive. or u may need a new computer all together if its a really old computer and very new disk the computer wont be able to read the disks as new disk thingys come out all the time

If you have a floppy drive make sure you do not have a disk inserted. If you do not the you may need to go into bios and check the boot order. It should be set to floppy, cd, then HD. You will need to watch you screen on boot to see how to get into setup. Usually it is pressing the del button. Hope this helps

you have already misplaced records. And from the sound of it, you may've completely crashed your stressfulcontinual. Take your computing gadget to a working laptop or computing gadget restore shop and notice in the event that they might do something with it, yet don't get your hopes up.

Reboot your computer in safe mode and scan your computers hard drive for errors. De-frag it and use any other maintenance software you might have.
