Is it possible to get pregnant while on you period, i have heard it is very very rare. What are the chances if dried precum on somebody's hand and touched vagina while on your period?? Very very very rare?
This isn't a joke question, i just really want to know, i keep hearing different answers

It's not possible .. there are only 4 days a month a woman is ovulating which means there are only 4 days a month a woman can get pregnant and those days are 14 days from the first day of every period.

If you had a tampon in, how is the sperm going to get inside you? But yes, there is a chance that you can get pregnant while you're on your period. The chances are low, but it is still possible. Due to the increasing stress levels, it is very common for women who are ovulating to experience some vaginal bleeding that can be unfortunately mistaken for a period. Other factors that may contribute to this are malnutrition or trauma to the cervix. In some women, ovulation can actually occur before the menstrual bleeding has stopped. In others it may occur within a few days after her period has finished. In both of these cases, having sex before the period or just after it has finished, can result in pregnancy. Also, sperm has the ability to survive for an average of 2 - 3 days. So if sperm are deposited early, such as during a woman’s period, they can hang around a few days, waiting until conditions are right for conception.

First, yes you can get pregnant on your period, there is no "safe" time to have unprotected sex. Secondly, as you've heard on most of your other similar questions, dried precum has no chance of getting a girl pregnant, by that time, the sperm has died since it needs a certain environment to remain viable. Stop worrying about your dried precum :) Also, if you guys are this freaked out about it, why did she stop taking birth control?

It's hard to track EXACTLY when you are ovulating. So it is possible that you can get pregnant while on the period. But the dried stuff on the hand is probably not that big a deal.
Good Luck and Be Careful or if you are this worried, don't engage in these types of activities.

Yes!!!! you can get pregnant anytime of the month. The chances of dried precum on somebodys hand that touched someones vagina is not likely to get pregnant because when it sperm touches air it dies

I have a baby that we made while I was on my period.
Sperm cells are temperature sensitive, and cannot survive without the moisture of the ejaculate they are in. Therefore by the time the ejaculate has dried, the sperm cells are long past being viable.

yes it is possible to get pregnant while on a period. it's possible any time of the month-they just say on the fertile days it's more possible to
my friend got pregnant just before she was due to come on
