Mine is in the Barrio, full of holes, bumps, trash, dead animals, busted car parts, dirty diapers with flies swarming over them, stolen/stripped cars, posters claiming that Bush will change our world--"7 YEAR OLD POSTERS", used beat up cars. Once a year--Code Enforcement comes by--gives out tickets for various violations--makes no comments about fixing road, removing dead animals and all the other things that Bush supposedly promised to do.
