I'm applying to USC this Fall from a community college and I was wondering if it would be better for me to:
A. Transfer with a 4.0 GPA and all GE requirements completed except one major prep lower division requirement
or B. Transfer with a 3.9 with all GE and major prep complete
They say I do not need to complete all of the requirements to transfer and I have plenty of extracurricular activities like student government, and awards, etc. Thanks!

I plan on double majoring in Psychology and Japanese

Since they have said you don't need to complete all requirements, the two options are nearly identical and it doesn't really matter. With a record like that, you stand a very good chance of getting in under either circumstance.
