Grilled chicken is really good for u so just remember nothn fried. If i was u id go for the grilled chickn sandwich but no mayo cause thats fattning. Maybe get a little salad on the side to go with ur sandwich. I guess when it comes right down to it it depends on were your ganna eat. Have a good time and just enjoy yourself.

Lose the croutons on the salad and ask for a reduced fat caesar if available. Get the dressing on the side. It is the most fattening part of the salad.

Here's a trick I use. Get teh salad dressing on the side. Dip the fork into the dressing and then stab some lettuce. You will need FAR less dressing and can satisfy your salad craving.

On the chicken sandwich, lose the mayo but if you must have it, get it on the side and use as little as possible.

Why not get a grilled chicken caesar???!!

Both are healthy. If you're cutting calories, I'd go with the salad. If you're just looking for healthy, chicken is a good choice. It has lots of protein. Just be carfeul with the toppings, beyond lettuce and tomato, you may run into some greasy or fattening toppings. And fries are potatoes with lots of iron, but most fries are really greasy so they are not such a good choice if you're looking to keep fats and calories low.

Any fish or grilled/baked chicken is great also just ask them to put the oils/dressings on the side or leave them out.

You can either get a Caesar salad w/ no dressing and use the lemon or lime as your dressing or get a light dressing or have it on the side and use sparingly.

I would skip the bread if possible.

Ceaser salad is not healthy, the dressing is full of fat. Have grilled fish or chicken with loads of veggies. If they have sweet potato on the menu ask for that instead of potatoes. Steer clear of pasta and bread and on salad a olive oil and balsamic dressing should be fine, have a lovely evening.

If you have the option of grilled chicken on your salad then I would go with that, tell them to put the dressing on the side and that way you can control how much you use.

Kick back and relax and pick something that sounds good from the menu. Then eat in moderation. You'll live.

When you go to the fast food restaurant, they should have a chart brochure of all their foods with calorie, fat and other nutrition facts about each item they carry.
This should help you determine if you are eating healthier foods.

Good luck Hon.
