I've heard "I dare you", "Well, I never", and "Who do you think you are?", but never "How dare you" That's a good one, I'll have to use it....How dare you ask a question like this?

yes i have had some one tell me how dare you after they tried to spit on me i hit them upside the head with a car club afterward someone said how dare you hit them i said how dare them spit in my face
