I am not one to usually follow the media likes this but frankly I am getting tired of seeing it. I believe she should be treated just like us normal folks would be treated. We would get just a slap on the hand for all those charges, right? I read watch MSNBC and they are asking people to vote for who feels sorry for Paris. Honestly what is there to feel sorry for? I want to also say sorry if I offend anyone who likes Paris and maybe you can help me understand better, cause I just don't understand the sogga to be honest. Let her live her life and punishment is what I say. I think the poor girl made a mistake but should also live up to her mistake. I don't know why I am rambling cause like I said I am not usually into following this stuff. I guess I was just curious as to others opinions and if I am being to harsh. Thanks in advance for all opinion. Again I am not trying to offend ANYONE-that's not my intention, ok. I am also sure i will get people who answer "who cares".

I noticed I had a typo. When I said we would just get a slap on the hand, I meant to say We Wouldn't get a slap on the hand like she is.

I don't feel sorry for her at all. "You reap what you sow" That's all there is to it. She created her own drama, deal with it.

No, I agree with you. There are wars happening and millions of people starving right now, and I'm supposed to care that Paris Hilton cried so much that she made herself sick and had to go home...I don't think so.

If I had done what she did, I would be in jail, too. And I'd deserve to be there. Since jail is bad, I might even cry when I got there. A friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver once, so I have NO sympathy. Are we supposed to believe that a tall blond couldn't have killed someone that night? If she'd run someone down, would we all still be thinking about how great she is?

She has all the money in the world to call a helicoptor to come get her next time she's drunk, and it won't even put anyone's life in danger. Just as yourself how you'd feel if paris Hilton had run over your dog, or your brother, or you. Come on, she's a selfish prick who has nothing better to do than walk around Kansas making people think she's better than them.

She's not better than me. I know about politics, hard work, global affairs, business, art, and stuff. It's cool to know stuff. She knows about PINK and CHIHUAHUAS!

People are into her and her life because they don't have their own lives or self-respect. She should try showing us why she's so good, because I haven't seen anything besides a big, dirty, half-asleep-looking blond with daddy's wallet yet.

Normal people who violate their probation usually have to do the time. This is not the first time she has been in trouble with the law. I think the punishment is fair. I don't feel sorry for her at all. She is just use to getting her way because she is rich. Well, money can't but everything! I hope she learns her lesson.

No, ot's not. I think it's bull that the media gets "lawyers" to come onto thier shows and support the idea that the tra.... girl is getting it too hard.
Were I'm from someone with the same charges( look it up for ALL here charges before you comment) gets 6 months in the county jail, and have seen some actually go to state prison when they show contempt the way she did!!
Mommy and Daddy have definantly paid for this special treatment, looks like she is going to learn her lesson though........... just like old ted kennedy did.

She deserves to spend 45 days in jail, period. I think the best taste of medicine she got was not going to jail for 4 days or whatever it was, but when she was at the MTV awards, Silverman made some graphic jokes at Paris's expense and the crowd responded overwhelmingly against Paris. Who by the way was completely crushed as the camera focused on her.

THAT was the ultimate justice....to be booed and humilated in front of who she thinks is her 'peers'.

No, simply by fact I dont understand her. Who am I to decide her on what I unquestionably have examine interior the papers, or seen on television? If I havent met her, and dont understand who she incredibly is, then I cant assume something. i think of each and every human merits the the final option to be taken care of the two, and basically simply by fact she is a celeb, and the media says each and every style of s-hit approximately her, doesnt propose its authentic. she is a human, with pores and skin, bones and organs precisely such as you and me. she merits a honest possibility, and no celebrity/commonly used person ought to be judged until eventually met. in case you have met her, and she or he became an entire bia-tch, then honest sufficient, say she is. yet once you havent, pass away her on my own. and any celebrity you havent met. im no longer asserting i like her, and am a brilliant fan, yet i dont decide her. wish this has helped. sorry if it sounded rude, basically needed to declare it. xx

Okay, let me get this straight: she broke the law; not once, not twice, but at least three times, and she went to prison. Do I have the facts? I do? Okay. Why should I feel sorry for her? She broke the f--king law, people. She should do the time just like you and me. Do I feel sorry for her? Absolutely not!

No. What she is receiving (45 days in jail, isolated from the rest of the jail, with daily visits from her counsel) is like a slap on the wrist compared to what us normal folks would face in her position.

I don't feel sorry for her at all, in fact I am sick and tired of the media coverage. She made her bed, she can lie in it, the same as all of us have to. Her being treated differently is a farse, as is all the insane media coverage.

I think the whole thing was way over-publicized. And what is up with that man yelling about how unfair it was and how hot she is. How dumb is that? She shouldn't get off just because she is somehow a celebrity (with no talent other than posing for the cameras). She shouldn't get off just because her family is rich.

No, it is not wrong for not being able to feel sorry for yet another spoiled brat that has dug herself into a hole and expected her money to get her out of it.

I personally think she already got off to light.
