I believe they will hold rates until the third quarter of this year and will adopt a more aggressive approach going into the fourth quarter. Simply because of the housing sector stabilising and the weak dollar will aid in the economic growth of the country. A weak dollar will also encourage inflationary pressures.

They will keep rates where they are now, and the next move will be a cut but not until the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of 2008.
