Where are all the loud mouth Senators fans? During the whole Sabres series, there were a selected few that kept saying that noone can beat them. I have to say this, your right, no one could beat them. The Senators didn't even show up did they? The Ducks did to them like the Sens did to the Sabres. The Ducks sure exposed Emery. I'd be surprised if he is even a starter next year.

to awesome Bill.. Why was there no charges filed for the Sabres fan that got beaten up my two men, which were caught? don't recall that happening down at HSBC.

I laughed and laughed and laughed long and hard at the sens when they lost game 5. What a disgrace. I actually thought they'd put up a fight. I'm no ducks fan, but to see the Sens blow it, again, was just too funny.

You have to agree, up to the finals, they did seem unstoppable. Maybe they had too much time off. I'm not going to start to make excuses for them b/c they just weren't the same team. I disagree about Emery though. It seemed they couldn't get it together. Emery played awesome for the first 2 games and the rest played like crap and then the next 2 was reversed. The last game they all played awful. Congrats to all of the Ducks and their fans-it was well deserved. Ottawa still loves their Senators, there is always next year. GO SENS GO

It's June, the Sens lost... What is there to say?

I thought they'd do better and so did a lot of hockey people.

I think I underestimated the experience factor when it came to playing in the finals. Having one skater and a backup goalie who'd been there before just couldn't compare to Giggy's Con Smyth, Pronger's run last year and S. Niedermyer's 3 cup rings.

As to Emery, he will be back with something to prove! He is an elite goalie in this league. Remember this is only his second year in the league.

You can't blame Emery for this loss.

and I would hardly call Senator fans loud mouths... they are some of the most well behaved fans/people I have come across. Too calm even for me lol

You can't win them all. 2500 or so of those loud mouths showed up at the airport to welcome their team home and show that they were keeping the faith. IMHO Emery will be a better player and person for the experience. He's been to the circus and seen the clowns, next time around he is likely be more mature and focused. Remember, five other guys get beat before the goalie does.

I dunno. Where are all of the Oilers fans? They aren't posting on Yahoo answers... ::gasp:: WHAT A BUNCH OF BANDWAGON FANS!!!

Seriously, if you are going to talk smack, at least come up with a statement that is original. "Where are all of the fans now?" is a question that has been asked thousands of time about every team in the league. Arrogant statements don't get you very far.

I believe you are thinking of Sabres fans.

The Senator's fans conducted themselves well.

Perhaps you are just trying to start something, eh?
