Tell your husband what you need from him. Though you don't mention exact ages, I take it there is a big age discrepancy between you. It's rare that two people's sexual drive will always be exactly the same, so compromise and a willingness to satisfy each other are necessary.Be patient with each other, loving, and caring. A marriage isn't only about sex.

In your forties and you have to have it everyday. This is a little much and, I know that for a fact.
Newly weds usually twice to three times a week. As you get older, once a week sometimes twice a week should be sufficient.

I would take the suggestion and see a doctor, both of you, he will make some tests for your hormones first maybe have you see a marriage consular.

I can understand the hugs and touches. My wife told me "I'm not like that" years ago, it did something to our marriage. I felt like I was stamped on. Then she had an affair, I let her come back, years ago but, it's not the same. We've idled through marriage and now we're getting old. I really don't care, one way or the other but, I wish I would have left 35 years ago and started over.

This is where the hugs and kisses left us, dead and empty.

Talk, communicate, seek guidance.

A guy in his late 40s should still be able to have sex on a daily basis. You two need to have an honest conversation and possibly see his doctor.

Can't you get him to pleasure you in an alternative way if his part isn't able to do it? Get him to hold the vibrator or something??

The only solution I see, is to learn to control it....like the rest of us have learned to do, when our mate was not affectionate.
