How can i make new friends even over the summer?

im a fun person to be with, but i'm not super outgoing, which i think is a good thing, but sometimes i think that people take advantage of me. how can i make some new real friends, without having to change myself?

Go where the people are. You can go to the skating rink, ice skating rink or check with the bowling alley and see if they have teen leagues and join one of them. There is also the swimming pool and actually any sporting events which might be available in your area.

Many churches have youth groups which meet on Sunday evening for fun and games.

Throw a pot luck party. Invite several of your friends and have each of them bring a friend and everyone bring a dish of some sort. This should be interesting and fun and you will probably meet some new people.

Join your local library's summer reading club. Or take part in a paid summer activity, like an exercise or karate class.

just make as much as friends u can and just be ur self when u meet them.in the end u'll c who are ur true friend.
try to not count the gain or the loss when u make friends as long as they don't ask money from u ^_^

i think u should be straight up about yurself to yur collegues.just be around them the person u really are .then u all will began to express themselves to another about likes and dislikes. hope i help.

Go walking to a local park, go to te movies. anywhere really, ANYWH3R3 lolz!! there r nice ppl in thiz wrld
