^^ and now I am looking through search results for the last day.. once you find the bad software virus how do you delete it because for options I got delete to recycle bin any help?

First do a scan using an online virus scanner like trend micro. Then you need to install an antivrus program like avg or antivir(but not both). You should also put in some antispyware programs lavasoft adawaere, spybot, AVG-anti-spyware or windows defender which are also all free

Its not that easy to remove the virus from your computer.
First of all I think you got some malware or Trojans, you usually get this from Pop-Up windows, dirty websites and advertisement.
Try downloading AdAware or if your are using Windows XP download the Windows Defender or Anti-Spam.

Use AVG free in safe mode. the link for it is http://www.free.grisoft.com
you should get an anti-spyware program such as Spybot S & D found at http://www.spybot.com
Also run that in safe mode.
To go into safe mode, restart the computer and keep pressing the F8 key until you get an option to enter safe mode. What that does is keeps viruses from hiding in running applications

just get AVG full version internet sec edition and run a virus check..if avg finds any viruses it will take care of it u dont hav to worry abt it...all the healed files will b in virus vault which u can delete later...get avg internet sec full version here

Delete it to the recycle bin--then empty the recycle bin--that should do it!
