If you are talking about the 'white fog' stains, yes, there is a very simple method for getting them out.

Use your hair dryer.

This works. Set your dryer to the low heat setting, and gently wave it back and forth across the blemish. The tip of the hair dryer should be about 12" to 15" away from the surface.

Typically, these blemishes are caused by moisture being trapped in the finish. This happens quite often when a cold drink, or hot pan, is set on the bare surface. Gently heating the blemish, will help the extra moisture to evaporate out of the finish.

If you are talking about a stain on the surface of the finish... then a little Murphy's Oil Soap will do the trick. I'd try the hair dryer first tho, that usually does the trick for me.

Good Luck

There are products on the market made for water rings. You should be able to find something at your local hardware store. If not, I heard toothpaste with a soft cloth works.
