I use to believe that, but not any more. Too many divorces, bad relationships and sad people to believe it. Some are lucky and find someone, others are still looking and some have been looking a long time. I gave up even looking since it never works out.

Yes.

But I think some people are meant to be alone, like their reason to live is because of some internal conflict or something. Like having a disease, mental disability, like being a single mother/father and dealing with being a widow or just being alone, etc...

It's a scary thought, because nobody wants to be alone, but love is'nt the only thing in life and that kind of love is not all there is.

I think we all have to think that, or else so many of us would give up and live the rest of our lives alone and in misery... So it's the dream of someone out there that keeps me trying.

Yes, I do. However, you have to be honest with yourself in terms of what your needs and wants are, and in that you will better understand who you are, and understand who is ideal for you. Patience is a virtue...hang in there.

I guess. I mean if my evil teachers got married, then sure! I just hope my guy is really funny and likes sports like me. And it wouldn't hurt if he looked like Johnny Depp. lol
