what exercises would you recomend me doin to get rid of big upper legs, i mean i run jump on the trampoline ans swim and play softball, what more do i have to do, and they're gettin bigger!!!!! and it's making me gain weight like crazy, and i kinda have a lil bit of fat on my hips from my legs and it pokes out when wearing tighter jeans, please share with me an exercise or dietary plan for these specific reasons.

it feels like fat, and yes i would expect it to be muscle, but i dont think it is.

Sometimes sitting makes your legs fat. Do you sit any length of time? All of the diets and exercises don't help if you sit. Another thing, do not eat a big meal in the evening. Eat your biggest meal at noon so you can work off any fat you may gain from that meal.
You will have to bring your weight way ( I know you are skinny already) down then as you gain some back, keep the routine I told you about. It is not hard to do and you will get used to it. good healthy snacks in the evening only.

Jocelynk is right. It's probably muscle. A good stretching regimen before exercise can elongate the muscle for a leaner look. Try yoga. Lunges are a stretching exercise. You take big steps. For ex. start with a step with your right leg first, bend right knee to 90 degree angle, left knee will be almost on the floor but not quite because your left leg should be as straight as possible. Then stand up and bring left leg forward and start again with left leg first. Like taking giant steps in "Mother- May- I".

I dont believe in gaining too much. I was pregnant with my son and I gained all my weight in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. It is hard to control your weight with boys. Just watch what you eat. Try to eat healthy and walk around as much as possible. The only thing I would be concerned about is with a drastic weight gain can cause higher blood pressure etc. Just take care of yourself. Dont stress out!! Everything will be ok.

well since you're doing all those activitys you're probably gaining muscle which is a lot heavier than fat my friend is like 122 pounds and she's skinny but she's very muscular so that's likely why. if you want to do something about it then go see a doctor or something to tell you why they're so large

squats and lunges - they are the best exercises for sculpting thighs, hips and butts. there's all kinds of squats but you should focus on the those that target your inner and outher thighs. you should also incorporate cardio in to your workout (running, biking, aerobics) to shed excess fat and reveal the lean muscle below.

Try squats and bike riding is really good, especially uphill. Use a exercise band as well.

well keep up the good work with the exercises and sport, now all you need to do is cut down on the cals but not to much because you need the energy to perform good i recommend you to cut 500 cals and go jogging.

try RiDiNG your BiKE or do the EXCERSiE where you are STANDiNG up && put your arms iNFRONT of you streched out && crouch down, not all the way... iT really helps... try DOiNG about 25 a day... iT really works for your legs :]
