No I don't think so some birds might be able to break small bones like fingers but not major bones

There is one creature that has a beak that can break bones though. A squid ; the giant squid to be more precise
Some scientists believe that if a human were to ever fall into the hand of the giant squid its beak could easily break our bones. just like smaller species of squids break a crab's shell

Large parrots such as Cockatoos, Macaws and Amazons have no trouble breaking chicken bones. I own several large parrots and we give cooked chicken bones as a treat. They chew all wood too except manzanita with no problems.

Local rehabber got speared by a great blue heron a few years back... that can crack bone... she's lucky she didn't lose her eye or worse...

A parrot can exert a great deal of pressure with it's bill. They are capable of breaking a humans finger with it.
