Translation takes place in the cytosol
Transcription requires RNA polymerase
Translation requires the aid of 40s and 60s subunit of ribosomes
Transcription requires the DNA template, while translation does not.

Their difference is so great. they almost have not any similarity! some of the difference:
Transcription occurs in nucleus and Translation occurs in cytosol.
Transcription manage by DNA polymerase and Translation manage by ribosomes
The product of Transcription is mRNA and The product of Translation is protein.
and so many other differences
