it is saying to me video mode not supported what can i do

I'm guessing this message appears as soon as you start up? You didn't say.

Either attach a different monitor, or hit F8 during startup to select safe mode and choose a lower screen resolution (Right click on the desktop, choose properties)

Start the computer in safe mode by hitting the f8 key just as windows start to load. In safe mode change the driver for your video card. If all else fails delete the driver you now have and windows will reload on startup a new driver.

What kind of computer do you have? What ever kind you have, call that company and tell them whats wrong. for example, I have a dell, and told dell company wat was rong
