ya... i think i can give the answer to this.....
THWACK!! means that the batsman has hit it so hard in the middle of his bat.... the ball sails in the air and goes very high behind the bowlers head... a fielder chases it and he manages to catch the ball :)
but because he ran so fast he couldnt control his speed and goes across the boundary rope... so its a six even though he caught that mighty one finely....
