"Shouldn't there be an adults only section on Y!A?"
Kids, like myself, are hardly surprised by anything on here, we know more than you think. Also why don't we title that adult section "perverts only" because that is the only reason adults want an 'adult only' section. Sick, huh?

no, we mean ADULTS ONLY...not perverts.
We want such a section to keep immature little kiddies who have nothing better to do than to report people, or to come on here and behave like 9-yr-olds, from having free reign to do whatever the heck they want to do with impunity...
Look at your question... You automatically assume that any adult who wants a free area to discuss adult themes and subjects is a pervert..... Thats a very immature stance to take, and quite frankly generalizes the behaviors of the persons you disagree with. That is VERY hypocritical, dont you think?? You can have what you want, but others cant?? That's hypocrisy it its extreme....
90+% of my "violations" come from kiddies on here. They come in here and spout "this rapper is God"... or " that actress is the hottest", and get their collective panties in a wad when I disagree with them. First comes the private emails cussing me out for not agreeing with them , then come the violation notices when I dont tolerate their childish behavior. They just go straight down my profile and report every question that I ask, or answer given for that evening.
How in the world could you justify reporting me for answering a question with a simple one-word reply.... " No"...???....
Now.. if you have a problem with me wanting not do have to deal with that level of immaturity and childishness, then that is YOUR problem.. Deal with it......

Most of the 'adult content ' is posted by little kids sniggering with their mates and trying to look cool or clever. If there was an adut section do you think this behaviour would dissapear overnight, If so you are living in a dream world.
As for your statement that the section be called perverts only, well that is the kind of mentality that causes these immature idiots to post more. Do you really think open and frank discussion is sick and perverted? someone should take you aside and explain the facts of life.
Nobody is forcing you to come on this site. If you do not approve stay off, or get over it. Those are the only two options open to anyone who uses this site.
Please go and find the links on the forum to appeal against a violation, then read the pathetic reasons people recieve violations for. You should be more worried about the people who can find something sick and twisted enough in the question Can I help you? for it to warrant a violation

Do You know the difference between "Adults" and "Grown Ups"? Because that is exactly what people want. A "Grown Up" section where We can talk about real issues without having children misconstrue Our intentions. Perhaps the title "Now We can talk without the interference of the Children" section would be more appropriate. What about, "It's bed time, and We are talking about real issues" section? The only 'sick' thing here is Your puerile assumption that You actually know what goes on when the 'Big People' talk.

I do not like whilst folks say hate, you are proper this can be a powerful phrase. There's a woman I realize that claims, "Omg I hate that lady!" Every five seconds with out even figuring out them. Honestly, folks in these days use it in most cases with out knowing how strong it rather is and what sort of it might harm anyone.

I don't think most kids belong in with adults and adult subject matter. Terrible things happen to kids who think they know everything. Also, there are SOME naive kids who have never seen or heard about the garbage adults can come up with and ADULTS....you know what I'm talking about! ;0(

Adults only does not mean "perverts only", its just that some adults have enough sense to know what is proper discussion for certain age levels.

I dont hate it. I once read a question about an insurance claim and that kind of question is better suited for adults. So not all the their questions would be perverted.

I wish they did, then I could say anything or ask anything I really wanted to without getting a "violation".
I do agree with you, however, kids do know more than adults think they do.

I don't hate it nor does it bother me that kids use this site. Just be above the age of 13 like it says over here and don't meet strangers.

um, no...sometimes adults like to be somewhere (including YA) without kids. It's just the principal of it, we know that you have heard it all in school.
