The latest and current version of the Periodic Table was established by Glen Seaborg during the 1940's. It was kept as a military secret during WW2 becaue he corrected the locations for Thorium and Uranium, which had implications for nuclear weapons.

Seaborg went on to be the creator of many of the transuranic elements in the "5f "row.

The other answers in this question gives the origins of what the periodic table is made of, but no the guy who put it together.

The person credited for putting together the earliest version of the periodic table as far as I know, is a Russian called Dimitri Mendeleev.

Look up any highschool chemistry text!

Moseley determined the Atomic Numbers and Bohr and Lewis arranged them on the basis of quantum rules.

Mosley-he gave the law that the periodic properties of elements are functions of their atomic numbers.
