I think he would be working with the deaf and blind because in Hellen Keller's autobiography she mentions that he helped her on many occasions. Since it is modern ties he might be working to improve the hearing aid or something

really i think that he was inspired to get important messages to places faster and quicker so that it could be delt with. but over time we learned its a good way so give a 'holler' at your friends every now and again.
