How are the dates of French open and Wimbledom selected?

How are the dates of French open and Wimbledom selected?

I know that these tournaments are scheduled during summer same as Australian open every January but how is this done to avoid conflicts in the scheduling.

french open is always in early june
wimbledon is always near fourth of july weekend
US open is always around labor day.

these tournaments are always the same time frame every year. And have been for at least the last 25 years I have watched.
